Emergency measures

In terms of response to spills of hazardous substances, there is no cure-all solution and each situation is unique. It is therefore essential to anticipate events as much as possible and be able to adapt to the prevailing conditions in the field. Certain measures can be taken very rapidly by crew members or a response team airlifted onto the vessel, if the situation
allows. However, in the case of failure to neutralize the risk, all these people must be evacuated.
